Dr. Tuan “Mickey” Bui, MD, is an orthopaedic surgeon with expertise in treating pain and conditions pertaining to the hip, knee, shoulder, hand and upper extremity. He performs minimally invasive knee replacement, unicondylar knee replacement, anterior or posterior hip replacement, anatomic and reverse total shoulder replacement, and hip arthroscopy. Dr. Bui also treats sports-related injuries of the elbow, foot and ankle. He provides cortisone and hyaluronic joint injections for inflammation and osteoarthritis.

Bio

Dr. Tuan Bui grew up in California and Hawaii and is a graduate from Northeast Ohio Medical University, where he received his Doctorate of Medicine. Dr. Bui completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Drexel University College of Medicine and Hahnemann University Hospital. He then moved on to University of Chicago for his Sports Medicine fellowship. He is Board Eligible with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Bui enjoys playing guitar and tennis. His go-to TV show is Jeopardy, which he enjoys watching with his wife and daughter. His personal goal with his patients are for them to leave feeling better than when they came in.

Scheduling appointments is always very easy and I was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. Everyone, from the receptionist to the nurse is pleasant and professional. Dr Bui is always very thorough when explaining every step of my treatment. He makes sure that I understand all possible options before proceeding. I am always pleased with all of the staff at this office and grateful that we have top quality providers so close to my home.
