Reeva Salkin MSN, APN-BC, ANP-BC is an Adult Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University. A board-certified nurse practitioner for over 13 years, Reeva has significant expertise in neurology and brain health. She is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), at Rutgers School of Nursing, with a focus on evidence-based approaches to dementia screening and neurological care. Through this work, she is advancing best practices for early detection, patient-centered models of care, and improving outcomes for individuals at risk of cognitive decline.
HONORS/AWARDS/RECOGNITIONS: in her previous role, Reeva was selected to move into the position of Lead Nurse Practitioner, where she served as a preceptor and mentor to nurse practitioner students. She has been recognized for her commitment to education and her ability to support the professional growth of future advanced practice providers. Beyond clinical practice, Reeva is the creator of The Cognitive Clarity Code, an online platform dedicated to promoting brain health and wellness. This work reflects her passion for community outreach, patient education, and empowering individuals to take proactive steps toward cognitive well-being.
