Howard M. Karp, DO, FACP

Howard Karp, DO grew up in Paterson, NJ. He is a graduate of Kirksville Osteopathic Medicine at A.T. Still University Medical School in Kirksville, MO. He completed his internship, residency and fellowship at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ. Dr. Karp has 52 years of experience in the medical field as an Internist with a focus on treatment of hypertension and kidney disease. His goal every day is to first do no harm, focus on prevention first, and guide his patients with healthy diet and lifestyle choices. In his free time Dr. Karp enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, playing tennis, walking, and reading mysteries.
