I had mistaken my appointment time by 3 hours earlier at the endocrinologist today. I was treated pleasantly and professionally for my mistake. I was checked in, waited a very short extra amount of time for my mistake, I was seen and my medical issues addressed by a professional expert who took the extra time and made an extra effort to explain my concerns and make appropriate recommendations.
