I’ve been within this group for years. Today was my first visit with Dr Geraci and I feel very comfortable and confident in his care. The front office staff have always been great. The biggest challenge with today’s visit is the facility air conditioning was broken; this has happened several times recently and speaks to poor maintenance— does not impact my opinion of the providers, but does lessen my opinion of Shore Physicians Group as an entity. Secondly, getting an appointment by phone in a timely manner can be a challenge unless you speak to just the right person. In office they always find a way to fit you in.
