Dr. Megan Mahon McQuarrie grew up in central Jersey. She was a Division I soccer player and received her Bachelor of Science at Drexel University and her Doctorate of Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey. She completed her Family Medicine residency and Sports Medicine fellowship at Christiana Care in Delaware and was chief resident of Family Medicine. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has an additional Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine. Dr. McQuarrie enjoys running, doing road races, especially with her family, binge-watching Netflix shows, and enjoying time with her husband and son. She loves the opportunity to give back and work with all age ranges of patients, including student athletes, young adults, adults and the elderly. As a former Division I athlete, she understands the importance of physical activity and strives to help her patients prevent injury, improve their performance and overall health, maintain physical activity and continue enjoying what they love to do. Her goal is to have her patients continue exercising and living their life to the fullest no matter with which ailment they are diagnosed.
