More medical officials should follow your example in keeping appointments recognized & moving, yet still remaining professional, courteous & friendly. The biggest complaints I hear from friends is that the long waiting periods are really kind of tough when you have a busy day going for them, but they realize that the doctor is also busy.

Dr. Rounds is amazing. She takes her time with you. You don’t feel rushed. She listens to your concerns.
