Dr. Kralick is a Penn Affiliated Surgeon and joined Shore Physicians Group in 2016. He board certified in Neurological Surgery since 2005, with subspecialty in complex spinal surgery under the tutelage of Dr. Fred Simeone, previous chairman of Jefferson University of Dept of Neurosurgery. He also carries the special distinction of FACOS which designates additional contribution in academics, teaching and innovation to the field of Neurosurgery. He has been recognized with many awards while a resident and was magna cum laude of his medical school class. This after earning a BS in Engineering Physics at The Ohio State University. He trained and practiced in Philadelphia for 25 years where he has authored many scientific papers and holds numerous patents for devices in Neurosurgery. He has trained many surgical residents as well as medical and engineering at Rowan University. It is with humility and respect that he brings that expertise to Shore Physicians Group. His primary focus is utilizing the best practice strategies in obtaining the best possible outcomes for his patients and most importantly not recommending surgery if success is unlikely. While being a talented surgeon and thoughtful clinician he provides his patients a variety of options to return to an active healthy lifestyle. His mantra is “Back to Life”.
Francis Kralick, DO was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Kralick received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics/Biomedical Engineering from Ohio State University. His interest in Biomedical Engineering prompted him to pursue a degree in Neuroscience from Ohio State University, and his Doctor of Osteopathy from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Kralick was fellowship trained under Dr. Simeone. Dr. Kralick specializes in Complex Spine procedures with his end goal of return people back to their life.
